Nish Raj interviews the wonderful Jaya, Universal Record's new recording artiste. Jaya is the first British-Indian female artiste to be signed to a major label. Her debut single 'DJ Do it again' is out this week, so make sure you get a copy and support this wonderful young talent. Check out Jayas first attempts at Tamil and some Gaana dance moves! Hopefully we will see some southern flavas in her upcoming album. Tell us what you think.

If it wasnt for the uncles, I would not know about the dance moves. loll. According to my sources, Jaya is the first British Indian female to be signed by Universal. And thanks for your comments. It was my first interview and I'll certainly improve.

With time I think Nish Raj will get a lot better...I really enjoyed the tamil lessons and dance moves were brill. Every uncle, not just yours Nish! Is she the first British Indian female signed to a major label, there must have been a few before her.
